Shown below are our quarter horse mares and appaloosa mares. We have broodmares for sale that are proven producers of winning offspring. Each quarter horse and appaloosa mare is proven on the track, in the arena or on the ranch. We have speed rated mares with great black type pedigrees.

One of the best Appaloosa barrel horses to ever set foot in an arena. A race winner on the track, Lena May was also a fututurity winner, placed at several derbies, and was the champion derby horse at the 2008 WPRA World Finals. She also made the top 10 short go at the WPRA World Finals Rodeo that year against several NFR competitors and their horses. Lena May won and placed at several major PRCA rodeos and open 4D events in her 2 1/2 year barrel racing career. LTE $40,000+. She is a granddaughter of the immortal barrel sire, Dash For Perks on the top side, and is out of an App daughter of the great Scooter Bug G. Second dam by the great Quarter Horse, Jet Smooth. Perkaliscious came to us from the B&W Ranch in Clarkston, Michigan. She was making a nice futurity prospect herself, until a slip on bad ground ended her competition career. She has had previous foals by Bulldashus and A Dash Of Color, and she is currently in foal to A Dash Of Color (son of Dash Ta Fame) for an April 2012 foal. We are planning to breed her back to our Appaloosa stallion, Troubled Memories, for 2013.

This is a great mare, full of older, foundation type running blood. We purchased her from the great Shearer Ranch breeding program in May of 2011. This mare was unshown due to a knee injury however she truly has an "NFR pedigree"! This mare is out of a full sister to my great mare, "Goldie" whom I 4-H, high school, college rodeo'ed on, and filled my WPRA permit in the early 90's. This mare is in foal to Troubled Memories for a late May 2012 foal.
