FOAL PURCHASING INFORMATION…..PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

The price of our weanlings includes breed registration papers & signed transfer, a current negative EIA test (Coggins),  a BASIC health check & proper health papers written up by a licensed veterinarian,  gelding of stud colts, and a halter and lead rope for transport.

Foals are sold on a first come, first served basis.  

When you pick out your foal, we will send you a purchase contract.  The purchase contract should be filled out and returned to us along with a deposit of 50% of the purchase price (or other agreed to amount in certain circumstances). 

We accept personal checks, Pay Pal, or money orders for deposits.  Checks or money orders should be sent via FedEx, UPS, or USPS Priority mail with Delivery confirmation so that a tracking order can be obtained.  We will not consider the horse “reserved” until we have received the deposit or proof that the deposit has been sent. 

WE GUARANTEE A HEALTHY FOAL AT WEANING TIME.  IN DEPTH VET CHECKS ARE AVAILABLE AT BUYER’S EXPENSE PRIOR TO DELIVERY.  If the foal becomes ill or injured, or, if we are not satisfied with the health, growth, or development of  a foal, by time of delivery, we will cancel the contract and refund 100% of the deposit to the buyer.

IF THE CLIENT SIMPLY CHANGES THEIR MIND AND NO LONGER WISHES TO PURCHASE THEIR HEALTHY HORSE, NO REFUND OF DEPOSIT IS POSSIBLE.

Foals can be weaned from 3-5 months of age.   WE REQUIRE FULL PAYMENT BEFORE FOAL WILL BE WEANED OR SHIPPED.   

If full payment is not received before a foal reaches weaning age (5 months of age), previous payments will be forfeited & foal will be placed back on the market.  We accept PayPal, cash, or money orders for final payment on foals.  We will accept personal checks if received more than 2 weeks before foal is to be shipped.

Foals will be wormed, halter broke and will load easily on the trailer at time of delivery. 

Buyers are responsible for making their own shipping arrangements for their foals.  We will  deliver or deliver part-way when possible.  We have a couple of very REPUTABLE shippers and can help make delivery arrangements for long distance buyers, but the shipping will be at buyer‘s expense unless other arrangements have been made.

ONCE PAID IN FULL, FOALS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER.  WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND FULL MORTALITY & MAJOR MEDICAL INSURANCE ON YOUR NEW PURCHASES TO PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT.  

We will NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for sickness, injury, or death to a foal that has been paid for in full.  We can recommend some insurance companies that provide protection of your investment at a reasonable price & we are happy to provide the information needed for an insurance policy.
